FAQ

Do I need an account?

No. The extension uses an anonymous device ID. You only enter an email at checkout if you upgrade — to receive the receipt and manage your subscription.

How does the 5 scans/day limit work?

Each time you open the popup on a new domain, that's 1 scan. Reloading the same tab doesn't count twice in the same session. The counter resets at midnight UTC.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. One click in the Stripe customer portal (accessible from the extension popup). No phone call, no email gymnastics.

Is my browsing private?

The extension never sends the URLs you visit to our server — detection runs locally. Only Pro features that need server-side enrichment (ads.txt, DNS TXT, bulk analyze) hit the backend, and only for the domain you explicitly scan.
